Packet Pick-Up: Runners Roost Lakewood on Friday June 16th from 3:00 - 6:30pm (tentative)

(You may also pick up your packet on race day between 8:00 - 9:15am)

             

COST

• April 1 - April 15: $25/individual OR $20/teams of 2 or more
• April 16 - May 31: $30/individual OR $25/teams of 2 or more
• June 1 - June 15: $35/individual OR $30/teams of 2 or more
• June 16 & June 17: $40/participant  *can be done at runner bag pick-up OR between 8:00 - 9:00am on June 17 before the race starts

RACE-DAY SCHEDULE

• 8:00-9:15: Runners arrive/check-in at registration table (Jeffco Stadium just south of Kipling/6th ave.)
  
• 9:20: National Anthem // Prayer
  
• 9:20 - 9:35: Warm-up (east side of track) by Hasse Family Chiropractic
  
• 9:35 - 9:40: Race participants report to designated starting areas on track
• 9:45: Gun fires for the start of the 5K race!
• 10:45 - 11:30: Complementary lunch is served
• 11:30 - 12:00: Top 5 male and female runners will be recognized 
  
• 12:00: Rock n Run conclusion
  

PETS
Unfortunately dogs are not allowed in Jeffco Stadium.  We apologize if your furry friend is your running buddy, but we thank you in advance for adhering to Jeffco Stadium rules.  There are areas outside the stadium that pets are allowed, but on the track or infield, they are not.  

PARKING
All runners and fans may park in the parking lot off the Kipling entrance.  For overflow parking, there are spaces on the south side of the stadium or along the frontage road to the southwest of Jeffco Stadium.

AGE GROUPS
Our 5K race is open for Coed, ages 13 and older.  Children 12 and younger will be able to join an adult on the Rock'n Run 5K Course, but will not be considered a runner.  Children are welcome to run, ride in a stroller, or even on their bike!  Parents: we just ask that you ensure any children on a bike, scooter, or rollerblades do not interfere with other race participants.

SCHEDULE
Runners should plan to arrive between 8:00-9:15 a.m. to register and pick up their goodie bags.

LOCATION/COURSE
Race begins on the Jeffco stadium track and will run throughout the community between Kipling and Garrison in Lakewood.  The 5K will conclude with 1 final lap around the Jeffco track as surround sound music will be rockin' the stadium!

FINISH LINE PARTY
We encourage all fans, kids, and race participants to enjoy music, lunch, and fun activities during or at the conclusion of the 5K.  We will have fun activities like a crossfit challenge; bounce castle, face painting, and more!

Please email: Travis@redrockschurch.com if you are interested in volunteering for race-day operations. Volunteers are needed in many categories: traffic/parking lot directing, race setup/breakdown, cleanup, photography, handing water out, helping at our booths/expo area, etc.
